I am committed to helping you move better by providing, hands-on coaching, and practical strength work to restore your mobility, ease pain, and rebuild confidence for your everyday, or after injury. Included in your training, I design a program around your injury history, movement patterns, and daily life—starting with corrective exercises and smart load management, then progressing to sport and life specific strength so you return stronger and more resilient. This is all accessible to you on a mobile app which makes it easy for you build the confidence to follow your program by yourself. The goal is to one day, be confident enough to be self-sufficient.
As a certified nutritionist, I offer nutrition based support that fits your life and muscle recovery. I focus on practical protein filled meals, to help tissue repair, control inflammation, and fuel your everyday. Because the fuel that you fill your body impacts your muscle recovery.
You won’t be handed a one-size-fits-all plan. Expect clear cues, progress check ins, and adjustments based on how you move and feel. We celebrate small wins, and adapt when setbacks happen. It is never too late to take care of your body.
